This hands-on workshop will introduce users of the R software environment to the techniques involved in generating reproducible, dynamic data analyses and reports. Using literate programming approaches, participants will learn to build automated reusable reports in R.
QFAB offers a wide range of statistical and bioinformatic analyses of microarray data, ranging from design and quality control to samples comparison for differential expression analysis from different conditions, patients and time points:
- Quality Control
- Quantification : gene expression, exon level, copy number…
- Gene ontology
- Differential samples comparison, and comparison with public datasets
- Combination and integration with other data (chip, miRNA…)
- Pathway analysis
- Integration of microarray data with other expression data and clinical data
We support data from most of the existing platforms (Affymetrix, Agilent…).
